Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Prices 💰:
Our prices are those indicated on the website at the time of the order and are inclusive of taxes (TTC) in euros. These prices may change based on promotions or price adjustments. No discount is granted for early payment.
2. Payment Methods 💳:
Payment is made by credit card. The order is considered confirmed once payment is received.
3. Retention of Title 🔒:
In accordance with Law No. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, we retain ownership of the products until full payment has been made.
4. Product Availability 📦:
Our offers are subject to the availability of products. In the event an item is unavailable and the order is canceled, we will refund the buyer as quickly as possible.
5. Delivery 🚚:
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer. Transportation is handled by La Ruche – Viticolis (https://viticolis.fr/). The standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. If delivery does not occur within this time frame, the buyer must notify Domaine Richaud so the issue can be resolved promptly. If the buyer is absent during delivery, the carrier will attempt to contact them to arrange a new delivery attempt or a drop-off at a collection point, provided the buyer has provided a valid phone number.
6. Delivery Charges 🚛:
Delivery charges amount to €18 including tax. Delivery is free for any order of 12 bottles or more.
7. Right of Withdrawal ↩️:
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification or incurring any costs, except for return shipping fees. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise this right. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via our contact form or the address provided on the website.
8. Warranty and Returns 🛠️:
We are committed to providing products that conform to your order. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund or exchange, provided you supply proof of the damage (photo or carrier’s report). In case of damage noticed during delivery, please immediately notify the carrier and send us a report so we can process your request as quickly as possible. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged products and not for order mistakes or change of mind.
9. Liability ⚖️:
We are committed to taking all necessary precautions to ensure the quality and conformity of the products we ship. However, our liability cannot be held in cases of force majeure, errors attributable to the buyer (such as incorrect information provided at the time of the order), or incidents occurring during transportation that are not our fault. In the event of a dispute, our liability will be limited to the value of the concerned order, within the limits allowed by applicable legislation.
10. Modification of Terms and Conditions 📝:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website, without prior notice. We recommend that you review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Any order placed after the publication of modifications will be governed by the new terms.
